Exciting Bid Opportunities for E-Rate Products and Services in Starkville Schools

Exciting Opportunities on the Horizon for Starkville!

There’s some pivotal news in town that every tech-savvy contractor and service provider should mark on their calendars. The Starkville Oktibbeha Consolidated School District is rolling out the welcome mat for bids on Category 2 E-Rate products and services. This is a fantastic chance for businesses to get involved in aiding our local schools, all thanks to E-Rate funding!

Mark Your Calendars!

Make sure you circle January 30, 2025, on your calendar because that’s the deadline for submitting bids. You have until 10:30 a.m. to deliver your proposals to 401 Greensboro Street, Starkville, MS 39759.

Need the RFP? Here’s How to Get It!

If you’re wondering how to get your hands on the Request for Proposals (RFP), it’s as easy as sending a quick email to Millie Rollins at rfp@regroupms.com. If you don’t hear back within 24 hours, don’t hesitate to reach out again by calling Millie at 662-630-0118.

Don’t Miss the Pre-Bid Conference!

Now, before you dive right into your bids, there’s a mandatory pre-bid conference to attend. Mark your calendars for January 8, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m.. This is the perfect opportunity to get all your questions answered and network with other interested bidders.

How to Submit Your Bid?

When you’re ready to submit your bid, make sure to put it in a sealed envelope. It should clearly state: ATTN: SEALED BID – DO NOT OPEN “2025 E-Rate Bid” This sort of attention to detail is crucial, as envelopes that aren’t marked correctly may be tossed aside.

Going Digital? We’ve Got You Covered!

For those who prefer to submit electronically, you can do so through Central Bidding. Just visit their site, and you’ll find all the official bid documents available for electronic submission. If you run into any snags or have questions about the electronic bidding process, you can call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.

A Fair Game for All

It’s worth noting that the Starkville Oktibbeha Consolidated School District holds the right to accept or reject any or all bids. This ensures that they select the best options that will truly benefit our students and faculty.
