Exciting News for Ridgeland: Taste is Opening a Second Location!

Residents of Ridgeland have an addition to their dining options with the beloved Starkville restaurant, Taste, opening a second location at Renaissance at Colony Park. This new restaurant will take over the space currently occupied by Enzo Osteria, which is set to close its doors soon.

The Enzo location in Ridgeland will be shutting down. The location will remain open until September 21, giving food lovers a chance to enjoy their favorite dishes one last time.

Excited to Expand

The Director of Operations for Taste expressed enthusiasm about the expansion: “We are beyond excited to expand Taste to Ridgeland.” The team is dedicated to providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience, featuring carefully crafted dishes inspired by traditional Italian recipes. The new location promises to offer a welcoming atmosphere, making everyone feel like family.

The new Taste location will feature a menu brimming with authentic Italian dishes, including imported Italian pasta, hand-tossed pizzas, and a wide selection of Italian wines. There will also be options for private dining and catering, making it a choice for special occasions.

New Beginnings and Renovations

The restaurant is expected to officially open around the first of the year in 2025. In the meantime, there will be a major transformation of the Enzo space. Plans include obtaining the keys to the space on September 23, followed by extensive renovations. The design will have a farmhouse feel, similar to the restaurant in Starkville, with a great covered patio area.

Ambitions for the new location include establishing it as the best Italian restaurant in the area by importing all pasta directly from Italy. The goal is to compete with local favorites that have long been staples for Italian cuisine in the area.
