On court two, the duo of Jules Leroux and Luca Staeheli put on an impressive performance, dispatching the 20th-ranked pair of Niccolo Baroni and Mario Martinez Serrano with a decisive score of 6-3. But the excitement didn’t stop there! The doubles point was clinched on court one, where Braden Shick and Fons Van Sambeek outlasted their opponents, Petar Jovanovic and B. Sanchez Martinez, in a nail-biting tiebreak that ended 7-6, securing the lead for NC State going into singles play.
